Night cream for hydrating sensitive skin

Ingredients

·       1/2 a cup of Milk Cream
·       1 tablespoon of  Rose Water
·       1 teaspoon of  Glycerine
·       1 tablespoon of Olive Oil



Instructions:
·       To form a smooth paste, mix all the above ingredients.
·       It serves as a good moisturizer.
·       It is good for cleaning and moisturizing the skin.




Benefits:

Milk cream is an extremely effective as an exfoliate and a cleanser. With the help of lactic acid, it helps in removing dead skin cells, protein based impurities with protease and oil soluble impurities with fat soluble enzyme lipase. Milk cream is rich in unsaturated fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals and therein lies its anti-ageing ability. Likewise it also helps in getting much needed nourishment to the skin and is a very effective moisturizer.

Glycerine is particularly helpful for sensitive skin primarily because of its moisturizing and nourishing properties. Glycerine provides the skin a more even and smoother texture because of its hygroscopic and humectant properties. It helps the skin by filling up the intercellular matrix. It is very mild in effect, does not irritate the skin and is even suggested as safe for babies.

Rose water is an excellent toner and cleanser as it helps in unclogging pores of excess dirt & oil. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe irritated skin.

Olive oil has abundant reserves of vitamin E, that helps in enhancing skin health by treating acne, inflammation and even serious ailments like eczema and psoriasis. It is also very nourishing and moisturizing by keeping the skin hydrated. Olive oil is an effective anti-ageing solution as well, in that it is packed with antioxidants and hydrating squalene and is therefore helps against free radicals and photo aging.
